Recipe: Roasted (Sweet) Potato Wedges

ingredients:
(sweet) potatoes
olive oil
salt
black pepper

preparation:

  • preheat oven to 450°F
  • Line cookie sheet pan with aluminum foil
  • Cut the (sweet) potatoes into wedges (1/2-1 inch)
  • Line cut wedges, skin side down on pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Roast for 35-40 minutes, until tender and brown
